OK, so I never make blog announcements but these two are extremely cool. I just heard an audio presentation by Russel Shaw over at the Bloodhound Blog and let me tell you this guy is a great speaker. He is basicall pushing STAR POWER System seminars, but don't let that stop you from listening to this podcast. He mentions that when the market was hot in Phoenix there was 35 days of inventory compared to the 10 months of inventory they have now and things weren't that good. Why?
