Hack MySpace, ICQ, and Vkontakte for $100 (50% discount for Russians)
2009-09-21 21:43:00 The Ukrainian Facebook scam we blogged about on Friday has similar campaigns for MySpace, ICQ, and Vkontakte. All of the scam sites are identical in design and require the payment of $100 except for the Vkontakte scam site. Vkontakte is a Russian clone of Facebook and the scam offers to hack Vkontakte profiles for 1500 rubles, which is about $50 USD. MySpace ICQ Vkontakte What's strange here is that the Ukrainian scam crew responsible for these scam sites are making a run at conning Russians, which is a tactic we don't see very often in the labs.

Russians are Drinking and Smoking Themselves to Death
2009-08-12 16:52:00 Due to a lack of taxes on booze and cigarettes in Russia, you can buy a beer for less than a bottled water. Cigarettes are only .30 cents a pack. And Russians are taking advantage of these cheap prices at the cost of their health. As a matter of fact 1 million Russians die every year ...

The Russians have come
2009-04-08 11:49:00 Israel has a Christian problem. Its obvious aspect is the hordes of Orthodox Christians throughout Israel. Besides the obvious displeasure of seeing pork-eating, cross-wearing individuals in the Land of Israel, there is a huge difference between our attitude to American and Russian Christians. Russian Christians killed us; many Russian Christians killed many Jews. That is ...

Russians? Manners
2009-02-18 09:00:00 Manners and politeness take different forms in different societies. In the Russian language, polite requests are expressed primary through the rise and fall in intonation or through expressions such as ?be so kind? (Visson 1998:136). Consequently, West Europeans could find Russians rude because they hardly ever say ?please? and ?thank you?. Russians do not smile ...
Stalin Voted Third Most Popular Figure By the Russians…. Today
2009-01-11 17:57:00 A funny post happened over at the Opinion Forum: Imagine reading this headline: “German People Vote Adolf Hitler Third Most Popular German Historical Figure.” Can you really imagine that? The international condemnation against such an act would be immediate, forceful, and united. It would be a major news story in newspapers, on TV, and the internet. Such an unthinkable action would warrant official statements from virtually every government in the world, absolutely infuriate the Jewish community, and might even generate a United Nations Security Council resolution condemning the act. Germany’s international credibility as a serious power in the world would disappear in less than 24 hours. Hitler’s name and legacy are toxic. Just thinking of him immediately brings images of human suffering, brutality, death, war, and hate. In some parts of Europe it is a crime punishable by going to prison to deny the Holocaust. The thought of anyone from anywhere, including Germany today, an...

Georgia claims Russians have cut country in half
2008-08-11 22:05:00 Georgia claims Russians have cut country in half MOSCOW (AP) - Georgia’s president says Russia’s troops have effectively cut the country in half by seizing a strategic city that straddles the country’s main east-west highway. President Mikhail Saakashvili made the statement in a national security council meeting on Monday, about an hour after officials claimed Russian troops had captured Gori, about 60 miles west of the capital Tbilisi. The news agency Interfax cited a Russian Defense Ministry official as denying the reports of the seizure. But a top official at the Georgian embassy in Moscow, Givi Shugarov, said Russian troops appeared to be moving toward Tbilisi and he alleged Russia’s goal was “complete liquidation” of the Georgian government. Why Russians Are Anti-Semites
2008-06-20 03:06:00 Updated June 21:Nowadays, anyway. The Russian Mafia. The Oligarchs.Names like Mikhail Khodorkovsky, Boris Berezovsky, Mikhail Chernoy, Vladimir Gusinsky, Roman Abramovich, Alex Goldfarb, Mikhail Brudno and Vladimir Dubov, Leonid Nevzlin, Jacob Rothschild, David and Simon Reuben, Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven and Alexander Abramov. What did they do? Read it and weep. All they did was bleed the country dry, steal every nickel of wealth Russia had, then send all the money to their Jewish friends and partners in crime in Israel and the US.In other words, there was a concerted effort on the part of a small group of Russian Jews to bleed the country dry and steal from the anti-Semitic Russians that they hated so much. A plot steal the money for the Jews and keep it for themselves, or, when some patriot tried to get ahold of it, to ship it to some other rich Jews in Israel, New York or London - at any rate, to keep the money in the hands of the Jews.At one time, there were said to be seven olig...

Infact they have exaggerated the facts inorder to mislead their own authorities and inorder to coverup their faults,” said North Goa Superintendent of Police Bosco George. Russian authorities had recently raised concern over the security situation in Goa and alleged that their citizens were getting an unfair deal from Goa policemen, hotel and guesthouse owners and car and two wheeler owners. It was alleged that Goans indulge in numerous unlawful acts against their nationals and the state authorities need to take appropriate action to protect Russian tourists’ rights in the state. Viktor Bout is Apparently Worth Quite a Bit to the Russians
2008-06-03 17:56:00 Well, from my sources in Thailand and elsewhere it seems that Viktor Bout, weapons merchant extraordinaire, is worth quite a bit to the Russians. Bout, in prison in Thailand awaiting extradition to the United State, may not make it back, despite having a long history of providing weapons to terrorists, criminals and some of the world's most vicious thugs, such as Charles Taylor, Laurent Kabila, the Taliban, the FARC and hosts of others. The reason he may not make it back is that the Russians are...(read more)
Poles, Ukrainians and Russians Versus Jews
2008-05-27 07:31:00 This post is in response to a commenter who commented that Ukrainians, Russians and Poles are the biggest anti-Semites of all because Jews dominated their economies for so long and because of the Jewish role in implementing Judeo-Bolshevism on the backs of an unwilling people. Z comments: But the most antisemitic people in the world are Romanians."I'd actually say that the Ukrainians, Russians, and Poles are actually more antisemitic that Romanians, if only because there were so many more Jews in those countries as compared to Romania. So many of the citizens in all of these Eastern European countries are antisemitic because Ashkenazi Jews dominated their economies for so long (as a non-native ethnic minority) and played such a major role in the repressive form of Communism that existed there...so can you really blame them for harboring ill-will toward them?I respond: Ok, first of all, it's not all Ukrainians who are anti-Semites. It's much more prevalent amongst Poles. It's true...

Can The Russians Handle Democracy?
2008-03-13 13:56:00 Former British ambassador to Russia, Rodric Braithwaite, writing in the Moscow Times, explored the issue as to whether the Russian people are ready to enjoy a democratic form of government. He believes President Putin’s approach is based on the assumption his people are no yet ready for true democracy and achieving that goal must be conducted in a step-by-step process. Braithwaite argues the Russian people have endured fifty years of authortarian communist rule only to be followed by the Yeltsin period in which wealthy businessmen virtually took over the government and seized its riches. Therefore, it is no wonder they hestiate to accept a free and open society in which anything goes, particularly their lives. The election two weeks ago was managed by Putin in order to ensure his protege, Dimitry Medvedev won. Although the process was controlled, argues the former ambasador, it was an election and 30% of the people voted for someone other than the official candidate. He does n...

Senate Uneasy About NASA Outsourcing To Russians

David Vitter, R-La., trained their sights on what they portrayed as a high-risk reliance on a partner whose ambitions might run counter to U.S. foreign policy goals. ...In the meantime, Nelson said, "there is a realistic political monkey wrench" that could complicate any deal.
