Trouble between director Saran and Actor Kamal Hassan
2008-01-08 02:48:00 Trouble seems to be brewing between director Saran and Actor Kamal Hassan. Director Saran has lodged a complained on Kamal Haasan in Cinema Producer’s Council that Kamal had received two crore rupees as advance to act in a film but he had not kept that commitment. Saran says that after the success of movie Vasool Raja, he had signed up Kamal Hassan for another film which he was planning to direct and produce. He had given Rs. 2 crores to Kamal. Then director Saran gave the production right to Ayngaran International since he had some financial problem. Kamal did not agree with this and hence refused to act in the movie. Hence the director demands Kamal to give him back the money or act in his movie. Kamal is currently in US and this issue will be solved by the Producer’s council after his return.
