Fuck. I’m out of taco seasoning. Fuck. How the fuck do you make taco seasoning from scratch? Well…..luckily you can find anything you want on the internet. How in the world did our mothers function without it? INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup instant minced onion 2 Tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper flakes 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram 1 Tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 Tbsp. instant minced garlic 1 tsp. ground cumin PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend thoroughly with wire whisk.
