Arnold was on FOX yesterday and Brian Kilmeade asked the Republican Governor why a lot of Republicans in particular don't believe there is Global Warming [or] Climate Change. I think Kilmeade phrased that question wrong: many Republicans don't believe there's manmade climate change as a result of carbon emissions. And I'm not saying there is or there isn't because I'm not a scientist, I'm just going by the many opinions I've heard from others, and the gist of the Manhattan Declaration, etc.
