2007-06-14 19:34:00 Unless Prez Bush pardons him, he goes to the pen within the next six, eight weeks. The judge wasn't inclined to let Libby stay out of jail during an appeal. Libby was sentenced to 30 months in the slammer for obstruction of justice et al. in the CIA Valerie Plame leak case. My take? The esteemed Judge Reggie Walton figures Bush'll pardon him and wants to make sure Libby gets a taste of life in Club Fed. Cheney's former chief of staff takes one for the team. Judge Walton's decision today was not unexpected.
