The following charts, based on the information provided by the Toronto Real Estate Board in the Market Watch publication, shows that the majority of available homes and homes sold across Richmond hill are detached homes.In the N03 District almost 40% of the sold homes were detached home, in Central Richmond Hill (N04) that number goes up to more than 60% and detached homes in Oak Ridges and the N05 district accounted for 68% of the sold homes.Some other interesting numbers in the Richmond hill real estate markets are the average sale prices. Home sales seem to be on their way to nearly matching last 2005?s final home sales number of 84,145. However, this is mostly due to large sales numbers early in the year. But I call it “free money” because it comes from outside of my job (so I won’t get fired if I did poorly) and my investment (so I don’t have to spend money in order to make money). And, the time and effort required to earn a few bucks are no way close to those for my job and investment, so relatively speaking, they are free. Yes, I am new to the paid online surve, only started in late July. However, I think I did pretty good in the short period of time. Excluding house and cars (both as assets and liabilities), the total number is $384,297, up 3.99% from August. Year-to-date, our net worth growed nearly 31%. Details: Credit card debt: Most part of the $26K+ credit card debt is due to 0% balance transfers I took from Chase. The offer will expire in December, so by the that time, the monthly credit card debt will be around $1000 if I don't take any other promotion offers. Since I pay our credit card bills in full every month, I don't see any problem in the future in paying off the bills. Though the history is kind of short, I can still see some patterns of how and where we spent our money. One problem, however, is that since I didn't have a budget ahead of the spending, I really can't say how good or bad we did in terms of achieving our goals. Summary: Excluding some fixed items, such as mortgage $1635 (including $400 additional principles), child care $800, and homeowner's fee $190, the total expenses of last month were $1648.88, increased $329 or nearly 25% from August, when we spent $1319.89 in total. The big jump: Subscriptions: The big jump in expenses was attributed to a couple of one-time spendings.
