Combine all ingredients reserving 3/4 C Ketchup for topping. Spray a loaf pan or 9 X 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place loaf in pan. If using 9 X 13 pan form into loaf shape about 2 inches thick. Spread remaining Ketchup over top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until juices run clear and ketchup begins to brown. Serves about 6 people. |
