I can tell you that with full confidence because i too used to love buying slider phones but i slowly discovered that as you use the cellphone's till the get used up for about a year the hinge start's getting loose which results in less coverage of voice of the caller calling you. Even flip phone have the same problem so you should be careful while buying these type of cellphone. May it be Nokia N95 or Moto Razr but all give the same problem so i advise you be happy with your iphone!
