I make these sloppy joes for my husband with ground beef.But to make it a bit lighter I use ground turkey when it is just me and the boys. So easy to do and they are always gobbled up. I served these on hoagies tonight with a side of roasted herb potatoes.The potatoes make the house smell sooooo good.
