I asked the owner of the complex if there was anything he can do or say to the tenant but, he told me there was nothing he could do because he might take it as discrimination.I don't want to keep closing my windows every 20 minutes because of the smoke. I like the breeze that comes through my windows because it doesn't leave my apartment all stuffy. Am I just stuck with this problem or can he actually do something about it? I really think I shouldn't have to put up with it.There is also a big problem with the same tenant regarding loud music and random people showing up at all hours of the day and night especially.
