Things surely have been crazy with my work hours lately (this has definitely been an interesting change!), as I'm sure my friends who I used to keep in better contact with via online chat and telephone calls can attest to.Fortunately I only need to go in to work one day this weekend (Sunday), so I get a day away from it. All the better for giving me time to kill (errr, I mean start) a new batch of Sea Monkeys! Indeed, I received a new packet of eggs in the mail today: I added the water purifier to the tank today and will let it sit overnight before adding eggs on Saturday evening. 2008-01-10 02:59:00 Wow, what a week so far. Monday at work was rushed. Then a veteran that I got to know really well may only have a few days to live. He wants me to play Taps at his funeral. I am honored, but it will be really hard to play for someone I know.Rehearsal yesterday was just long for some reason. I just wasn't feeling it. I think I'm just run down.Today at work was pretty good. All of the vets wanted to talk, so it was fun. When I came home though, my baby Sable had an accident on my bed. Yuck, not fun. Then tomorrow I have an audition, and already from the emails that I've received, it seems that the leaders don't want me because I'm blind. My friend from work is going with me, so hopefully it will be better. We are going to Chinese before too, so that should be fun.

As I was scooping the macaroni into bowls I thought it was odd how "un-cheesy" it appeared. Prior to Saturday I had no clue how dirty a person I was, but apparently I’ve been living in complete filth for Jesus knows how long. I might as well have been living at the dump. Or in Mexico.
