Wir einigten uns auf selten und beschlossen, seine Errungenschaften aus München zu Spaghetti Carbonara mit 3 verschiedenen Pfeffersorten zu verarbeiten. Das passt herrlich in die kalte Jahreszeit: Die verschiedenen Pfeffersorten heizen so richtig ein und diese Pasta hebt die Laune, wenn der norddeutsche Winter grau in grau daher kommt. Ein idealer Beitrag zum Fremdkochen im Winter. Das Rezept von delicious:days wollte ich schon länger ausprobieren, es scheiterte bislang an den Pfeffersorten. Die Schärfe des Kubebenpfeffers ist angenehm mild aber länger anhaltend und erinnert an Zitrone. Die Schärfe des Szechuanpfeffers ist zart-prickelnd und die des rosa Pfeffers mild-aromatisch. 2008-05-19 10:45:00 Weer een heerlijke pasta.Snel, goedkoop en lekker.Gisteren na de bokketocht dit eens gauw gemaaktSpaghetti met groene groenten (Spaghetti con le verdure verdi) Ingrediënten300 gr spaghetti 1 courgette1 groene paprika Handvol spinazieblokjes (± 100 gr)2 tl rode pesto1 rode ui2 teentjes knoflook1 el olijfolie1 klein potje olijven zonder pitBereidenKook de pasta volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing.Snipper de ui en de knoflook. Snij de courgette en paprika in blokjes.Verhit de olie in een grote koekenpan of wok Fruit de ui en de knoflook. Doe de courgette blokjes er bij en spinazieblokje .Als de spinazie is gesmolten dan de paprika en olijven erbij . Roer de rode pesto erdoor heen en laat alles even door warmen .Serveer de borden met de spaghetti en doe de groente er op.
