Here is a look at stats for May: Trak.in blog saw close to 115,000 unique visitors and 336,000 pageviews, a record of sorts. This kind of pageviews were really unexpected. The factor that has surprised me over last couple of months is the increase in pageviews per visit which stood at nearly 2.94. Las Vegas homes continued to decrease in price.Las Vegas properties owned by banks account for half the sales each month. The total number of Las Vegas single family homes sold for April were 1,794. That is an increase of 21.4 percent over March sales of 1,478 homes. Las Vegas condos and townhomes sold were 212 units in April, up 7.1 percent over March's total of 198 sales. Las Vegas homes had a decrease in price of 3% from $243,169 to $235,875 in April. Down 28.4 percent from last April.
