In the early morning hours of Saturday, February 21st, one of the victims called the police to report the theft of two skateboards, and offered a description of the suspect, and the escape vehicle.It didn't take long for officers to find Jackley, who stopped him at the intersection of Hwy 26 and Bluff Rd. in Sandy.
