Redheaded Strangeness
2008-03-15 22:00:00 I apologize for neglecting my blog. My focus has been on this new career. Now that I understand the peripheral elements of what this position requires, I’m beginning to not only feel comfortable, but enjoy what I’m doing. Every day is a new well of knowledge as I take a small, invisible, ...

Prevailing Strangeness
2008-01-15 01:38:00 I wrote in a comment to another blog that one absolute thing I have learned over the many years I've spent studying God and Its Creation is that the word "strange" really doesn't come close to describing all that is waiting to be experienced. Wonderful certainly...and at times way beyond strange. It has truly been a lifetime adventure and never, ever boring. There is so much to experience and as far as I can tell the variety is limitless. I can have a totally different experience every day or several times a day and never have the same one twice. Yet, if I want to, I can tap back in to anything that's happened. I often to this when I am writing about something, in order to refresh my memory of what took place and how the surroundings looked. A plus in doing this is that I may see some additional details I missed earlier. When the continual intermix of all the physical aspects and the vast unseen realms of Creation is considered the possibilities boggle my mind...which was already b...

The strangeness of the blue ones
2007-08-24 10:53:00 Today one Monday, a first working day, is a first day again at home. The weather is a correct megacontrast to straight he and through-lived vacation: Drizzle instead of bull heat, Sweat Shirt instead of trunk. The city presents itself as impressing empty. Before the house, in which I work, there are parking lots, what connoisseurs of the scenery arrange as half miracle. The city breathes deeply noticeably. Obviously it enjoys Bavaria that the others must be now already again at home. Now they are away. To eat the vacation-empty refrigerator because of nothing, no water! - must be absolutely bought after the work still. But the time becomes limited after long desk hours. Thus perforce into the food department department store-complete tendency changes here: Violent Feierabendgedrängel. Humans stand before cheese shelves, at which I need something, and yield simply not. Everything lasts twice as long like it actually must. Someone constantly comes to meet me in close courses and does...

It's all fun and games until someone gets murdered...
2007-08-23 22:03:00 It's all fun and games until someone gets murdered...."...a 45-year-old former marine with a reddish mustache, bulging gut, and disappearing hair ? and decided to become someone else. That person, he wrote on Dynabrade stationery that he stored in his toolbox at work, would be an 18-year-old marine named Tommy. He would be a black belt in karate, with bullet scars on his left shoulder and right leg, thick red hair, and impressive dimensions (6'2", 190 pounds, and a "9" dick"). Emboldened by his new identity, Montgomery logged onto Pogo in the spring of 2005 and met TalHotBlondbig50 ? a 17-year-old from West Virginia, whose name, he later learned, was Jessica."as it turned out...."Back in Buffalo, Kenyon couldn't believe that the Jessi he'd talked to was really her mother. "She was very convincing," he said. "She sounded like an 18-year-old girl to me." He drove to West Virginia to see the truth himself ? that the lithe 18-year-old blonde of Barrett's and Montgomery's fantasies...

2007-05-21 16:38:00 Dangerous LiaisonsLast night, I watched this documentary on Ted Bundy.I remember when they executed him.The people I worked with joked about having a "Bundi-Q" and celebrated the fact that he was going to "the electric chair", and if anyone deserved to get it, Ted did.Anyhow, while watching the documentary, Serial Killer Groupie Syndrome (SKG) was discussed...because apparently, Ted had a lot of groupies, some of which are interviewed in the documentary.I find this absolutely incredible. How fucked do you need to be to want a guy who slaughtered women for fun?In fact, all serial killers have groupies...even the most grotesque of the grotesque, which kind of goes without saying....but I mean guys like -John Wayne Gacy or Henry Lee Lu-cas. What kind of woman would want to be with someone who killed upwards of 30 women or in Gacy's case 32 young boys?Well, I went on a little search and found this article from The Crime Library.Turns out that women who choose to be with serial killers hav...

2007-05-07 22:47:00 It's Bhaaaaad."SUDAN'S MARRIED GOAT has, mercifully, gone to the heavenly farmyard, released from its suffering as a beast of burden. The goat, known as Rose to close friends, became a web phenomenon when it was reported that she had been "married" to Sudanese man Charles Tombe. The wedding was enforced by elders after a drunken Tombe was found taking advantage of the poor animal. He was also made to pay a dowry to Rose's original owner. The elders hoped to shame Tombe, though did not spare Rose's feelings in doing so."Found at From Alpha to OM3GA.It immediately made me think about Woody Allen's 1972 movie "Everything You Wanted to Know About Sex"...and Gene Wilder's character who falls in love with a sheep named Daisy. Here's a clip: |
