2007-07-02 00:20:00 "From Here We Go To Sublime". E' questo il titolo del primo album del produttore ambient techno svedese Axel Willner. Non poteva scegliere un titolo pi appropriato, soprattutto per quella parola: sublime. Aggettivo perfetto per descrivere questo disco. Poco pi di un'ora di pura meraviglia elettronica. Willner prende pezzi di canzoni pop (samples) e ci lavora su con maestria da abile artigiano per ricomporre qualcosa di nuovo, spesso completamente diverso dal sample di partenza che diventa cos irriconoscibile, a meno che The Field non ci mostri il trucco e ne sveli l'identit quando meno ce l'aspettiamo. Come in ?A Paw in My Face?, che deriva da "Hello" di Lionel Richie, o ?Over the Ice", che viene da "Under The Ice" di Kate Bush. La tecnica utilizzata quella della ripetizione (loop), caratteristica della musica minimale e della dance in generale. Ripetizione che quasi ipnotizza, ma senza rimbambire, anzi una goduria starla ad ascoltare, percepirne le pi piccole variazion...
