2008-03-04 03:09:00 Recently, my husband Nick was sick with a sore throat that he says he got from all of you other bloggers. He is still not feeling 100% but he is almost there. Unfortunately he managed to give it to me after I was so patient in taking care of him and pampering him just like he asked me. But like he says, he was told to share as a child and that's what he did.After a lot of sleep, rest, and drinking lots of fluids, I felt tons better by Sunday night. Today I felt almost back to my normal self (which isn't actually very normal, especially since I am married to Nick). He still has a little bit of a sore throat and is starting to see that drinking a lot of fluids is the key to getting rid of this nasty bug. He has a hard head but he is slowly learning that his wife is always right! LOL!Today was great. It was around 70 degrees and the sun was beautiful. We often suggest to our guests a short trip to Burlington because it is such an interesting city, has much to see and do, good restaurants, and a nice lakefront park from which to watch the sunset. Every evening in nice weather, you will see people coming to the park and finding a bench to watch. Pictured above is today's photo from one of my favorite Vermont blogs, Megapickles. There is a text link to it in the left column of this blog too. Another good sunset photograph called Burlington Harbor was posted August 18. Sunsets: Another Camera Tip
2007-08-03 18:45:00 I've received some more photography type questions from some of our digital camera owners recently. The current question is about how to best photograph a sunset. In many instances, to capture the best color it is best to simply wait a few minutes after the sun has actual set to take the photograph. The colors can be stunning and the overexposure caused by the sun is eliminated. Of course, most other elements, such as in the foreground add interest but are often blacked out by the back lighting.Another options is to shoot the sunset without capturing the sun; getting an image of the brilliant sky and/or horizon. Some photographers recommend filters to allow capturing the sun itself but knowing how to expose the image correctly through light metering is the best option of you want to capture the sun itself. As I don't consider myself a photography expert, I will refer those who are interested here to see a discussion about this topic.

It was beautifully times again so much and is stressig enough to drive, in addition, because it was rather early in the morning. The lecture to computer science was on the one hand interesting, because one could so halfway experience, as so ne lecture runs off and as like that is in an enormous lecture-room to sit and the professor follow.
