Movie Superbad Shows a Slight Glimpse of UFC Fight
2007-09-10 18:01:00 I was watching the movie Superbad the other day and saw a small UFC Fight Cameo. For those of you who are not familiar with the movie, Superbad is a new film featuring Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Seth Rogen (the recent star from the movie Knocked Up). The movie is about 3 nerdy high school friends who are looking to gain some sexual experience (”get laid” to be non-PC) before college. After getting a new fake id, the friends get invited to a high school party and are expected to provide the alcohol. The 3 friends go through a series of hilarious hurdles as they try to buy boose, all leading up to their one memorable high school night out. The UFC Cameo comes in while Seth Rogen (Officer Michaels) and Bill Hader (Officer Slater) are drinking at the bar with Fogell, aka McLovin. A short clip of a Chuck Liddell UFC fight quickly shows on the bar’s television. Did anyone catch this? Or am I the only nerd who did?
