Or, we might say that if you have the family of four, your family gets a total of $2,066,012.00, from the pockets of the rest of the nation. At what point do we say ‘enough’? He puts together an audio gumbo of Gulf Coast styles blended with rock seasonings. A native of Cool Valley, Missouri, Don Leady continues to experiment with the guitar to find new techniques and sounds. It certainly doesn't stop with the guitar, he's gone into fiddle, steel guitar, and most recently the accordian. His education came from masters of the art, Chet Atkins, Les Paul and later BB King, because their music was readily available. We moved to a different office and we're currently setting it up. After office I'm teaching English to two kiddos ages 8 and 10 for three hours everyday. By the time I'm done, I'm already dead tired. My father's visit and my trip with my mom to the range and the swamp
2007-12-03 02:12:00 My dad drove up to Waycross from Tampa on Friday. That in itself is a long drive; the last time I did it, I took an hour and a half nap in my car in a rest area. But he didn't just drive any old thing, he drove up in his new Harley. I can't imagine seven hours one way on a motorcycle, although perhaps that's why I drive an Echo. The two little boys who live next door for me, and who are usually completely fascinated by me and everything I do were overwhelmed with interest in my dad and his motorcycle:I feel bad for these kids. They are so sweet and super cute, but I don't think anyone pays any attention to them whatsoever. Their family is incredibly poor, and the mom seems much more interested in her boyfriends (she has at least two) than in her three kids (she has a toddler, too). The best format for this I've seen is Blog Talk Radio, where you can listen to a huge variety of radio shows right over your computer, and/or download them in podcast form for later listening in a variety of formats. You can also call in to any show, as well as participate in interactive chat rooms for most of them while the show is going on. I have already been participating on a regular basis in a show for primarily conservative listeners hosted by Ed Morrissey from Captain's Quarters. Bat Wings with Swamp Dip
2007-10-05 05:15:00 20 chicken wings (3-1/2 pounds) 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon five spice powder 2 cloves garlic, minced Swamp Dip (recipe follows) Place wings in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish. In a small bowl stir together soy sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper, five spice powder and garlic. Pour over wings. Close bag and toss to coat. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Remove wings from bag, reserving marinade. Place wings on a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade (discard remaining marinade). Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Serve with Swamp Dip. Makes 20 appetizers.Swamp Dip: In a small bowl stir together a 8-ounce container of dairy sour cream and 3 tablespoons coarse ground mustard. Garnish with fresh whole chives.
