Sylvester Fondue “Light” mit Brühe (asiatisch)
2007-12-30 13:06:00 Wer kennt es nicht, kaum ist Weihnachten vorbei, gefressen wie ein Mähdrescher und schon naht Sylvester mit weiteren zahlreichen großen Veranstaltungen. Aber wie wäre es mal damit, das Käse oder Öl-Fondue durch ein Brühe Fondue zu ersten? Kennt ihr nicht? Hier kommt mein Vorschlag: Die Zutaten für 4-5 Personen: 2 Liter Gemüsebrühe 1.2 KG Rindfleisch (mager) - geht wohl auch mit Pute 1 KG Gemüse (Chinakohl,Pilze,Fenchel,Mö-;hren,Sojasprossen) etwas Zitronengras 250 Gramm Bambussprossen 300 Gramm Erbsen 1.2 KG Glasnudeln Die Zubereitung: Die Gemüsebrühe auf einem Herd aufkochen und mit ordentlich Salz & Pfeffer abschmecken, anschließend den Ingwer untermischen.
