The Poo was in his shoe...
2008-06-03 19:10:00 This afternoon I was tidying up.. walk into the boys room and smell POOP instantly... I look for Taite and see DRIPPY SMELLY POO going down his leg... into his SHOES and onto the floor/stool he was fixing to climb.I just yelled "STOP!"and Taite looks at me in fear haha... and I then yank him up and stand him in the bath tub...He had his croc shoes on... a romper and of course a cloth diaper.Poop..... everywhere.Let me explain how nasty it was.I had to wash him with GLOVES ON! I couldnt stand to touch it (it was that bad) It was so smelly.. and in so many cracks and creases... to reach my hand in that and clean things off... was just to much for me.After getting him washed and cleaning the disturbingly nasty cloth diaper... I then have to go throughout our home looking for poop. I found it in our hallway... and on the floors in Calebs room. Thankfully those were the only two places. Our home has hardwood floors so that was easily cleaned... but still gross.I then have to go clean our...

He melted!
2008-06-03 16:00:00 While I was gone in VA Travis had to watch our sick lil baby Taite... poor Burger had it rough. He just would not eat! We are still unsure to this day what he had.. and what Caleb has right now... but thankfully he is much better now and is showing no signs of sickness.For about 3 days though he ate almost nothing. Maybe a piece of smushed peaches here... or a cracker there... but thats it.He pretty much just drank fluids.When I got home from VA he looked so thin!! Taite was slender to begin with.. but now he is just WAY thin to me. Im use to chunky babies :-). If any of you remember Caleb was one chunky guy. Id get stopped in public by people asking me if he was mine.. and when I said yes they'd then ask "what do you feed him!?" because he was so big for such a small mom. :-)I must say though even with the loss of the chunks he is still oh so cute :-) and full of spunk.To those curious why he has a disposable on...He woke up from a nap stinky.. and I had no cloth diapers in my dia...

Help me out
2008-06-01 00:10:00 We arent alarm type of people.. we dont quickly jump to taking our kids to the Doctor... unless something really worries us.Taite had a fever for two days. Started at 103.5. Next day 99... and then the following day he was normal as far as his temp.He hasnt shown any interest in food though.. and even drinking seems hard for himI got home today from my trip.. he has a sore on the tip of his tongue. It reminds me of what I get if I bite my lip..He is drooling majorly..We think he is getting either his 2 yr molars or the fang teeth. Its hard to tell because he wont let us look.He keeps his mouth with his lower lip in... so he doesnt talk much right now.. because it seems to hurt.Then tonight while giving him a bath I notice a weird bumpy diaper rash. Like lumpy looking in spots.Can someone help me out because I cant find any information online!!

Burger Bug
2008-05-29 14:12:00 Taite woke up this morning upset... crying.. and shaky.He felt very warm. This is Taites 1st real fever.To my knowledge he has never had a fever...Poor thing does not like the feeling!Im puzzled as to what cause may be. He doesnt have a runny nose... no cough... no runny eyes... no throwing up. Nothing. Maybe its just teething? He has all his teeth except for the vampire fangs ;-) and I hear those are one of the worst to get in.He hasnt been to the Chiropractor in over a month... I should take him to help out. With adjustments it fixes the alignment of the spine and can allow the immune system, nervous system and everything work better. To bad the office is closed today!!I hope he gets better quickly... Im suppose to leave friday morning for my cousins wedding (3 hrs away). Im taking Caleb... and leaving my lil' Burger alone w/ Daddy. I would hate for him to be miserable the entire time im gone.Off to go on a bike ride w/ both boys. I think the fresh air will do him good.Oh... and ...

Taite doesnt like hearing "no"
2008-05-20 02:30:00 I can admit when one of my children are spoiled :-)Taite... is spoiled hahaI have babied him so much.. im not sure why.. maybe because I am holding onto that "baby" stage as long as I can... I just dont want him to grow up so fast! Caleb grew up fast enough.. but Taite is growing even faster...Recently though I have had to tell him NO a lot more...Because bless his lil' heart he just cant have things his way all the time :-)Taite learned how to say "outside." He loves to go outside... but some times I just cant let him outside... because I have things to do "inside" :-)Like get ready for a dentist apt.Seems like he wins me over a lot with his cute faces... I mean look at him!!!When I do say no to him he gives the most pathetic cry and teared up face... its so sad! I have got to get it on video some day... because its so "innocent." 2008-05-03 03:56:00 Tonight we had dinner w/ a new Pastor/Pastors wife in town.Its really weird.. we moved here like 9 months ago... and within 12 miles of our home we have 4 young pastors all from the same seminary!! all of the wives are SAHM (w/ the acception of one - but shes fixing to be soon haha). Its really neat though.. because as a Pastors wife its hard to make friends.. you can become close with others... and have friends in the church.. but its really difficult to open up about struggles you have and so on w/others... some of the only people you really feel can relate with are other pastors wives.. so its been a real blessing to have so many young ones that share so much in common close by.This particular one loves photography! and we really cliqued. I look forward to getting to know her more.While at her house my cute Burger... decides to kiss their dog... and got a little bit more than a kiss HAHACheck this out... Prayer for Taite - Updated *they of course pushed vaccines again*
2008-03-18 13:27:00 Im on my way to the Er where my husband is with Taite.Taite hit his brow this morning (right above his eyebrow line) on our fish tank stand... and it put a big 1 inch gash across his brow (horizontal).It wasnt bleeding an awful lot but it was pretty big. We think it needs stitches.Travis rushed him to the ER since Caleb wasnt even dressed...Im on my way out now.The thing that concerned me was how tired Taite was acting shortly after the bump. I hope he doesnt have a concussion...*Update*We're back from the ER.All is ok.He did have to have the wound bonded shut with some sort of glue. To be honest Im not totally sure about this "derma bond?" but Because I didnt know anything I wasnt sure what to do.. so we just let them do it. It is basically a super glue type stuff that holds the cut in place and slowly goes away with time. They said its perfectly safe for babies.Im trusting the Lord will take care of Taite regardless if its 100% safe or not.Taite did great..Even when they had to s...

2007-12-15 03:35:00 Ok I knew my kids were cute... but this is crazy.Today Caleb had a Pre-school christmas party at his school. I of course left my camera w/ my husband who had to make quick hospital visit... and he didnt show up until after the party... :-( but thats ok.. I did get a few photos w/ someone elses camera and took some outdoors after the party (once he arrived).Taite was of course walking among all these 3-4 year old kids like he was one of them.Instantly Taite was flocked by 3 of these girls in Calebs class....They followed him the entire time.. it was SOOO CUTE!!!Its about 9:40pm... and I think im off to bed. 2007-12-09 21:08:00 My friend Rebecca emailed me about 2 months ago wanting to get together for a photoshoot. (she lives about an hour and 1/2 from us... near Travis' family)I met Rebecca years ago when I was still dating Travis. She was part of a youth group that often joined our youth group at the time.Her husband Jeremy I also met while dating Travis. Jeremy was in youth at the time as well. Both of them are two years younger than me.(and 9 years younger than Travis, hehe. Sorry had to mention how OLD my husband is. Just so you know he turned 31 today! Im totally kidding about him being 'old' though. My new alternative 2 Cloth Diapers
2007-12-03 15:01:00 I love using cloth diapers. I have about 25 cloth diapers that last me just over 2 days... They've worked great for our family and I hope to continue using them with any other children we have.I will admit though that using cloth diapers at night hasnt worked for us.Taite has the most ACID pee EVER! Not only that but he pee's an unusual amount at night that we've found he wakes up earlier and soaked if he sleeps in cloth. Even with the addition of a doubler he still manages to leak through... so we've decided we can just use 1 disposable diaper a day for night times. That still saves us A LOT of money. (Also Taite ALWAYS wakes up with a messy diaper in the morning. Unlike day time poopies I cant catch this before it happens... since he seems to do it the second he wakes up... before we even know hes up)1 pack of diapers last us well over a month... while most people go through a pack of about 40 diapers in 2 weeks or less. (depending on how long you leave them on your kids! haha...

Taite walking
2007-11-23 03:02:00 Today Travis and Caleb went to the big Thanksgiving feast together. Travis' grandmother always has a huge spread out for 40 plus people. I didnt go because Taite was still pretty sick. It wasnt so much concern about others getting sick... but he just looked really tired. I knew he would of been misrable.I still got to eat some good home cooking :-)A family from the church brought me a plate of food around 1:00pm to eat... and then when Travis got home around 6pm he brought more! Always yummy.Taite slept SO much today so I am glad I stayed home. He slept from 9:00am-noonand then again from 1:30pm-3:00pm.He was one tired baby! He went to bed at 7:00pm.I thought Id upload a few videos though showing his walking progess. These were taken a few days ago. Hes getting better and better each day.Its so cute watching him walk. I knew the vaccine issue would pop-up
2007-11-22 02:18:00 *click images for larger views*I put Taite down for a 2nd nap today around 11:00am... mind you he had just taken one from 8:30am-10:15am...He slept from 11:00am - 4:00pm when we woke him up (with no food on his stomach.. he wouldnt eat. He only drank a tiny bit of water)...My husband called our Music Minister aka the town Ped. Dr. and asked him if he could check Taites ears out... he said to bring him on in.We get to the Dr's office... Taites misrable...The secretary lady gave us the forms to fill out in order to see the Dr.She made this huge deal over the fact Taite hadnt been to a Dr. since he was BORN. Shes like "so he hasnt had ANY shots!?"I wanted look her straight in the face and say "and?" so bad LOLbut I contained myself and just said "thats right."She of course gave a look like we didnt know what we were doing... but thats ok :-)I was dreading the talk with the Dr. or nurse when they asked about "vaccines" and such. I GOT THE BUG...
2007-09-26 17:44:00 Since sunday morning I havent felt right...I kept getting HOT... Travis said I was going through menopause! HAHAHAMy stomach was kinda uneasy... and I was really tired.Pregnant? HAHA noMonday felt the same.... just could not cool off..Tuesday felt much better until about 4pm... then I began to feel weird again.If I pushed on my stomach right under my ribs... it hurt. Felt like I was bruised.I also kept getting hot.7pm.. began to work on a template.. finished at 10pm... watched some TV to wind down... 11:00pm rolls around.... start feeling worse...Lets just say from 11:30-6:30am I was sitting on a toilet off and on trying to force myself not to barf...I HATE BARFING. If you read my blog on a regular basis you know this. Like I said in the past... id much rather GIVE BIRTH than stay up all night barfing.Last night wasnt fun either... but I was so happy that I was able to make it through the night with things going out another end. Taites an EC-ing Bambino
2007-09-20 03:27:00 Taite is now almost 9 months old... wow that went fast!Since he was about 4 months I started working on him with a technique called EC-ing. Some people call it "Infant Potty Training."I started this while living w/ my parents... They of course thought I was nutso. My mom not so much... my dad... would just say "Oh gosh not again" any time he'd walk in on me putting my lil newborn on a toilet haha.Here we are though just a few months later with a baby who knows what to do.Taite KNOWS when you sit him on the potty and make a soft "pssss..." noise that he needs to push. Its almosts instant!The way I did this was...I watched him carefully.. any time he strained.. tooted... or got really still I knew he was working on a bomb.I would then rush to the nearest potty (even in public!)... sit him down and start making that "psss.." noise.And...HE'D GO!Not every time... but majority of the time he would... and if he didnt you'd hear him atleast try to push something out.We have our misses.I...

The Deer... is back!
2007-07-25 19:13:00 Today my mom came home for a quick lunch break from work... when she got home she told me she saw the baby deer down at this neighbors yard... So I get on my bike to go see it... and sure enough its laying wide open in the yard asleep....It was alive...but you could tell it had been attacked by a dog or hurt some how. Its tail looked like it been nawed on.. and it had several scratches on its sides. Our neighbors told us it had gotten into their yard a day or so ago (they have 2 boxers).. so they could of attacked the deer...The deer obviously got away... but it looked bad.Poor thing!!!I couldnt leave it.A neighbor friend (from my childhood) came by in a truck and she picked the deer up. YES WITH HER BARE HANDS!!! The deer only struggled once.. but never tried to bite or hurt us. It didnt seem to have any fear of us carrying it.She put it in the back of her truck... Toilet fun

Which resulted in her not having to change her daughters poo-ie behind since she was 4 months old! I thought this was absolutely insane when I heard about it.. but its seriously working already.Taite is so easy for me to tell he has to poop. Kinda gross, but informative!
2007-06-10 03:41:00 Cloth diaper is GREAT... the one down fall is poopie diapers.BUT THERE IS A SOLUTION! If you are seriously grossed out by the thought of cleaning a poopie cloth diaper... heres your answer.I bought a roll of FLUSHABLE liners from www.kidalog.netThese liners ROCK! It was $7.50 for a roll of 400 liners! Thats cheap.I only use the liners during NAPS or when we are out.This way if Taite ends up soiling his diaper SLEEPING or while laying in bed (where I cant see him) the liner catches all the messy poo. If Taites awake I can usually tell if he has to go potty... and stick him on his Baby Bjorn Little Potty.When we go out I like putting a liner in just for my own sanity :-) I dont want him having a HUGE blow out in public and I have to lug around a smelly poopie diaper the rest of the time im out. With the liner in I can just flush it if he does this.The liners are like tissue paper.. their VERY THIN... but do not stick to your baby. They dont dissolve when pee'd on (unless you like lea...

Em primeiro lugar porque são predadores pacientes e temíveis. E sobretudo porque elas são parceiras perigosas. O macho é mais pequeno e costuma ser comido (literalmente) pela fêmea enquanto acasala. O documentário mostrou uma cena notável: ainda ele não tinha acabado o serviço e já a fêmea lhe estava a comer a cabeça. E mesmo assim continuou, o valente! As mulheres que acusam os homens de só pensar em sexo deviam prestar atenção no exemplo do Louva-a-Deus: este continua a pensar em sexo mesmo depois de perder a cabeça. Por outro lado, os indivíduos que sofrem de ejaculação precoce deverão ser motivo de grande orgulho entre os machos Louva-a-Deus.

Eu não conseguia aceder à Dashboard (espécie de Painel de Controlo do Wordpress) e vocês não conseguiam comentar (aparecia uma página em branco). Como era com certeza um problema na base de dados, pedi ajuda ao pessoal da WebHS. O problema foi resolvido em cinco minutos com a simpatia e eficiência do costume. É por coisas destas que eu digo: se tiverem possibilidades, mais vale pagar um serviço de qualidade do que dar cabo dos nervos em soluções de alojamento gratuito.
