2008-05-01 09:57:00 I told that the design of the tapping area of the new Tena Maxi Overnight is bad. The new tapping area is not obviously shown. Last night, I taped outside of the tapping area and damaged the plastic outer cover when I want to refasten the tapes :(It made a hole on the outer plastic cover; therefore, the diaper cannot be used !This is a foolish design and an unacceptable fault for a professional diaper manufacturer.Talk to the user or us --- diaper lovers before launching new product is a good way to reduce these stupid fault !

I felt my jeans were wet because of the pee came out from the ventilation holes of the diaper when I sat down - this is still the problem of Tena :(You need to change the diaper before the pants soak the pee ! I peed on the diaper several times and more than 2/3 of the absorbent is soaked.I am in a dry Tena Maxi Overnight now.I will wet it again and put it off when back to home!I did not feel any different between the new Tena Maxi Overnight and the old one but the smell of pee is less for the new Tena Maxi Overnight, this may be due to the Anti-Bacterial Core.Tena Maxi Overnight does not leak, but the breathable outer plastic cover needs improvement !

I did not pee too much every time and pee slowly because I know the diaper need time to absorb the pee. When I sat down and stood up, I found the chair had moisture on it; however, the diaper did not leak :> even I walked to home fast.Walking fast can make most diaper leaks because the moving legs rub the bottom part of the diaper where most pee is absorbed.I put off the soaked Tena Maxi Overnight when I arrived home. The feeling was very great and the diaper did not leak although I can feel the wetness inside the diaper --- I think the wet feeling is due to the sweat rather than the pee. When I took off the diaper, my butt is dry.Moreover, I went to the drug store to find some diapers; however, I bought nothing because this time, I checked the packages of the diapers and found there were no Stand-up Leg Gathers. Former Tenants "visit"
2007-12-18 00:51:00 Our former tenants, who left on Oct. 8,(leaving severe damages) continue to show up at the property. They claim they "only came by to see if they got any mail" but they make sure and "inform" our new tenants of the "huge mistake" they have made when they rented our house. Our current tenants (who love our house, and are very polite) called us immediately to tell us about their uninvited "visitors". Is there anything I can do to prevent the former tenants from showing up at the property? I would like to try and nt involve the new tenants who are very nice.

2007-12-16 14:28:00 Does Notice to Quit release the tenant from a balance on a lease?Tenant broke a lease, paid current landlord and not me. Meanwhile they are taking a long time to move out. I served notice to quit and will file he eviction on Tues. (which is thier deadline). I am going to an attorney as the tenant is trying to force me to sign an agreement that free's them for the lease by paying the Dec. rent owed and forfeit 1/2 the security. They say if I don't take the deal they will report me to Consumer protection agencies etc. saying my house is inhibitable, etc. I harrassed them. They came up with all this stuff after I served them NTQ. Does the Notice to Quit release them from all future claims to try to mitigate the rent damages?State is CT/

And I wondered if that's always the way it must be.Recently, a college student tenant came home drunk and kicked his door off the hinges to get in. I went to the cops because I wanted to charge this tenant with some sort of criminal action, but the cops gave me this line: 'because he lives there it's his property and he can't be held criminally liable for destroying his own property.'Fortunately, since his mother was also on the lease, he paid for the repairs (after I had a brief discussion with her about her own civil liability).But really, is this how it is in legal-land? Where, when and how can we as landlords draw the line between criminal and civil liability? Thanks for any answer that saves me six years of college to get my law diploma! -- Mark
Can not collect - want to report ex-tenant
2007-12-16 00:04:00 I had a renter that stopped paying. By the time the eviction process forced the tenant to evacuate the property, the rent owed was about $2000. The ex-tenant have not established another address which prevents the execution of a court ordered property sale to recoup the funds. Pennsylvania does not have a garnish law therefore I do not have that option. Attempts to add the negative comment on the credit report has not happened. Are there any additional options available under Pennsylvania landlord-tenant laws that will assist with rectifying this issue?

We did raise the rent a little, but this will in no way cover the costs of increasing oil. I told him no that he could not because it says in his lease that he is the only one to occupie the apartment. Per my lease she paid the NSF check fee, and I sent her a notice demanding all future payments in the form of money orders or cashier's checks. She paid Dec. rent by money order. Her lease is up Feb. 29, 2008, so I had planned to send her a notice of non-renewal. I do not tolerate bounced checks and usually get rid of these tenants as soon as their leases expire.Tenant was apologetic (as they all are after passing a bad check) and gave some lame excuse about Christmas shopping for the bad check. Whatever. She also stated that her sons love the school district and the home, so she really doesn't want to have to move.
