 Cricket is a black 15 year old Registered Tennessee Walking Horse Mare, her registered name is Extra Charming. She has excellent bloodlines and is out of Extra Cash who is out of Coins Hard Cash and a Macks Handshaker mare. She is a proven broodmare, but has been used for trail riding for the last couple of years. She needs an experienced rider and I would not recommend her for a beginner. She is excellent on the trails and goes where ever you ask, loves to go in the water, would be a great shore to shore or competitive trail horse. Loads(trailers like a dream), clips, ties and is good for the farrier, has excellent feet.

I?d like to think that my co-workers missed my company and were glad to see me back; but, judging from the amount of work on my desk, and from the deluge of telephone calls for administrative support I?ve answered, it appears that I was missed for other reasons. Today's Originatior Times has an article about a new policy that calls for a new, single down payment policy to replace the current one of charging higher down payments in areas of the current where home prices are declining. Unfortunately they still "ding" buyers with higher interest rates if their credit scores fall below 720 or lower. 720 is considered a good credit score by most lenders. A better alternative would be an FHA insured loan which never had the higher down payment policy and lend on credit scores as low as 580! FHA recently upped the loan limits for the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area to a maximum $271,000 sales price. You can read all about it here.
