AEC spokesman Sak Korsangrueang said the committee would submit a letter to the department asking it to confiscate the assets of Mr. Panthongthae and Ms. Pinthongta, son and daughter respectively, of the ousted prime minister, whether in the form of land, shares or other assets. "The revenue department must take action immediately, or the delay could result in the siphoning off of the assets to somewhere else," the spokesman said.
