The positive effects it has on your skin isnt even the best bit though.The first time i used it i didnt read the instructions and i just put it on my dry face. It was ok and the results were good but it wasnt overly warming for my face which i was disappointed in.Then the next time i actually read the back and it said wet entire face. Ah ok silly me. So i did that and thank goodness i did. It was like a mini sauna for my face. I just cant describe the hot feeling that you get when you apply it. It feels really really good. I am such a sucker for promises of bright beautiful skin etc!I bought the vitamin e peel from the body shop a while ago and i have used it a few times. Its a gel that you put on your face and then you wait about 10 min and when its dry you peel it off. Its supposed to leave your skin radiant. Here's what i think.What i like about it:It comes with a little spatula that makes application quite easyYour face feels clean and soft after you have used itIt doesnt burn or irritate my skinThe tub looks small but you dont use a lot at a time because its a gel and it goes a long way.What i dont like:The smell is awful. I think i am definitely going to be abusing it this summer, especially if i keep it in the fridge (nothing better than a refreshing spray on your face when the temp reaches over 30degrees c!It smells like rosewater and is also moisturizing and sets your make up of course!I actually wanted the Vitamin C spray but when i asked for it the lady helping me gave me this one and i paid without looking... Yes Yes Yes to The Body Shop
2009-04-08 14:26:00 I treated myself to a bit of retail therapy today and as i walked past The Body Shop i remembered some of the bloggers that went to the Body Shop blogging event mentioned how nice this lip butter is. I have never tried any of the lip butters from the body shop so i thought this was a good enough place to start!I thought the price was a bit much at 7euros but i saw now that the proceeds will be used raising awareness for AIDS so its 7euros well spent!Its a limited edition in partnership with MTV and it has a fruity fragrance inspired by the dragon fruit.I must say it smells AMAZING and it even tastes good! I couldn't help licking my lips! The smell just reminds me of summer and relaxing and of the Bahamas for some or other reason :PThe texture is a bit strange and grainy but it does smooth in and then its just soooooo soft.All in all i totally love this and it puts some pressure of my MAC tinted lip conditioners for the moment. :)

That’s why I reject wrinkle-free and stain-resistant clothing, scotchguard, teflon, and any nonstick cookware. Well. I reject nonstick cookware mostly because I reject the idea of me standing over a hot stove. But I digress. I recently found out, thanks to this delightful little pageturner, that microwave popcorn is to be added to the list that just a few years ago only contained dead animals, partially hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Ahh. The good old days. If you’re at the library, pick up The Body Toxic and learn a great deal about the ways in which chemicals are harming all of us. I bet your list will grow as well.
