Shadowrun first impressions, Star Wars the prequel trilogy
2007-06-01 03:27:00 I’m a Shadowrunner FPS games really are so much fun. Yesterday I received Shadowrun for the Xbox 360 and I couldn’t wait to load it up. As it turns out, Shadowrun is quite an involved game utilising weapons, technology and magic to allow players to battle it out via multiplayer maps online. I haven’t had much time with the game so I have yet to explore the solo campaign and write about that. For the most part, I’m liking the differences in this game compared to say a straight out shooter like Halo 3. Whilst Halo 3 has its obvious appeal, Shadowrun has no such history to fall back on and battles the ever increasing number of XBL gamers joining the Halo 3 beta. The good news is that the Halo 3 beta will only be around for another 10 days so that gives Shadowrun an opening… maybe.
