2007-02-09 13:00:02 On February 4 renovations began on the Mugrabim ramp in Jerusalem , which leads from the paved area in front of the Western Wall to the Temple Mount 's Mugrabim Gate. The Mugrabim ramp is part of an earthen embankment and was damaged by an earthquake and the winter storms of 2004, and is currently in danger of collapse. Morning at the Temple
2007-02-05 17:23:10 Toured the Hindu temples of the little India district of Singapore this morning. I'm very sensitive not to offend people in places they hold sacred, but after a much obliging monk posed for his photograph to be taken, I felt more ease to discreetly snap a few more pics. |
