The Weird And Wonderful World Of Door To Door Distribution
2008-05-29 07:00:00 I’ve been involved in door to door distribution for years now. You might say that I’m an expert on the subject - certainly nothing surprises me anymore. The weird stuff just keeps on keeping on
2008-04-07 14:18:00 I can't believe the twists and turns that my life keeps on taking. Last weekend I had a lounge room full of pretty girls, but they were all way too young for me. Emma had a sleep over pool party at our new place! The trouble was the pool maintenance guy had been told to turn the pool heater off at the end of daylight savings and he forgot that it ended a week later this year so the pool was freezing. Swimming was canceled and replaced with a "Bring It On" movie marathon. I have finally finished with the crappy landlords from my last rental place. I picked up my lease refund cheque today. In the end they dropped all of their stupid arbitrary and incorrect claims in return for me paying them $40 to remove the dead man ferns that they killed themselves. I know that you are aware of this web site Sharman and Stephanie so if you do end up reading this then you need to stop and have a think about the way that you treated me. I was the perfect tenant and you know that...

However, in 1955, ITV was established and ...

2007-10-18 06:59:00 Horror writer takes research too far...Mexican Cops Arrest Cannibalism SuspectBy E. EDUARDO CASTILLO (Associated Press Writer)MEXICO CITY - An aspiring horror novelist was arrested after police discovered his girlfriend's torso in his closet, a leg in the refrigerator and bones in a cereal box, a city prosecutors' spokesman said Thursday. Jose Luis Calva told police he had boiled some of his girlfriend's flesh but that he hadn't eaten it, the spokesman said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk about the case. Calva told police he was a writer and poet - officers found the draft of a novel titled "Cannibalistic Instincts," he said. Investigators were trying to determine if chunks of fried meat found in a pan in the apartment were human, the spokesman said.Police came to Calva's apartment Monday after neighbors reported a fetid smell. They discovered the dismembered body of his girlfriend Alejandra Galeana in a closet, the spokesman said. A leg and piec...
Chuck Shepherd, "News of the Weird" syndicated columnist: Mr. Media Classic
2007-10-15 23:55:00 Originally Published October 21, 1996If it's the 12th of the month — any month — Chuck Shepherd can be found eating a large pepperoni pizza pie. It's a rare taste treat for the normally diet-conscious newspaper columnist, the world's reigning expert on mankind's most caustic behavior.Every week for the last seven years, Shepherd's syndicated weekly column, "News of the Weird," has caused readers of 250 newspapers to laugh out loud on buses, trains, taxis and in the privacy of their bathrooms. Reading and laughing hysterically over his carefully culled nuggets of bizarre deaths, stupid criminals, sexual kinks and embarrassing moments in the lives of once-private citizens is one of Americans' guiltiest pleasures.Over lunch at one of St. Petersburg, Fla.'s premier pizza palaces, Mr. Media and Mr. Weird toasted Shepherd's new book, The Concrete Enema and Other News of the Weird Classics (Andrews and McMeel).First of all, where did he ever come up with such a painful sounding...

Amy Winehouse - Life of the WEIRD and WACKY!
2007-06-28 00:05:00 Amy Winehouse cutthe name of her beloved's name into body. In a video on Spin.com, Winehouse, 23, is seen posing for photographer Terry Richardson while scratching on her exposed midriff with a shard of a broken mirror. In another clip, her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, whom she wed in May, asks her, "How do you think the shoot's going, Baby?" "Really well, Baby," she replies sarcastically. "What did you think about the broken glass?" he asks. In a childlike voice, Winehouse replies, "I wrote 'I love Blake' on my tummy." She lifts her shirt to bare her stomach, although the cuts are not visible on the video. "It's just chicken scratch," she says, as she and Fielder-Civil laugh. This singer is to weird, this is just disturbing!
The weird logic of Gay Hate

Bob Dylan is the weird guitar guy
2007-05-04 09:26:00 The 'It 'Aint Me Babe' singer has allegedly been dubbed the "weird man" by children in the class, in the Los Angeles suburb Calabas, where his son Jakob Dylan's child attends. A source told the New York Post newspaper: "The kids have been coming home and telling their parents about the weird man who keeps coming to class to sing scary songs on his guitar. "He's been visiting the school just for fun, but the kids don't appreciate they are in the presence of a musical legend. "They just think of him as the weird guitar guy."

The Stooges: The Weirdness
2007-04-23 07:42:00 The Weirdness is the fourth studio album - and first formal non-live release since 1973's Raw Power - by influental protopunk band The Stooges, featuring founding members Iggy Pop, Ron Asheton, and Scott Asheton along with new bassist Mike Watt (Minutemen/fIREHOSE) and Fun House saxophonist Steve Mackay. The album was recorded by Steve Albini at his Electrical Audio studio in Chicago, Illinois during October 2006, and was mastered at Abbey Road Studios in London, England in December of that same year.Reviewer: Norman Earl Crider "Norman C" (Houston)The minute I heard there was a new Stooges cd out, I ran to buy it, even though the reviews I had read were mediocre. I wasnt sold on it at first and the sound is slightly muddy, but after a couple of listens, I havent had it out of my cd player in over a week !!!Turns out to be next to classic Iggy, some lyrics are lightheaded, but most are great songs. My faves are ATM, My very fave is My Idea Of Fun, the creepy title track with balladee...

the Weirdest Spams I Get today
2007-03-09 21:27:00 Everyone gets spam. Lots of it. Personally, I get more than 200 spam items per day in my email(personal, work). Disgusting. Thankfully, most email "spam assasins" does a stupidly fantastic job at dealing with it,but still, some gets through. So I have an idea when emptying my spam folder in my gmail account: "What’s the Weirdest Spam You Get?"Here’s two funny ones received today in my gmail spam folder: (1) This subject is not even up for debate. It’s a proven fact. The problem is, most people are not doing anything about it. Please don’t be one of them. (2) But have you ever seen someone who was forced to endure a colonectomy? Someone who now will be spending the rest of their life carrying a bag around? Technorati Tags: spam, weird, email, account
