Last week Tamera was spotted in a hideous homely looking dress, but this week Tia looks gorgeous in this all white dress. Tia's dress is feminine, and sexy. It looks like it has a Grecian inspired design to it. White is a good color on her, and she looks fabulous. There is one eye-sore, the loud chunky yellow bangle. Bangles are definitely in style, however it takes away from this outfit a bit.
