Second Hypothetical 2009 HOF Ballot Callum’s HOF ballot went yesterday. Now it’s time for my 2009 hypothetical HOF ballot. Leaving Off A few players could be on the button this year and in the future. One of these players is none other than Harold Baines. Tom Tango (AKA ?Tango Tiger?) is proud to announce the launch of Tim Raines - Hall of Fame, 2008. He has assembled a ?Dweeb Team? of writers (and still-mourning Montreal Expos fans) to help him with the project.
