The resource estimate comes as the world's third-largest miner continues to highlight its pipeline of growth projects as its fends off a hostile 3.4-for-1 scrip offer from the world's top miner BHP Billiton. "Sulawesi Nickel has been confirmed as a tier one opportunity for our group," said Rio Tinto Copper Chief Executive Bret Clayton in a statement. Un Super Héroe sin hogar, el cual tendrá que ganarse a los ciudadanos de vuelta -junto con ayuda de un amigo-, quienes perdieron la confianza en el debido a su embriaguez en la que se encuentra cuando intenta resolver crímenes, provocando muchos daños colaterales ( MUCHOS ). 2007-12-24 07:14:00 Questo sabato ho rinviato la preparazione del classico cocktail al tardo pomeriggio in quanto avevo ospiti a cena, come già detto in qualche post fa ho optato per un aperitivo leggero, profumato e fresco, il Tintoretto, si tratta di una variante del Bellini e del Rossini, un drink sempre a base spumante o prosecco e come succo di frutta il melograno. Il drink prende nome dal pittore veneziano Jacopo Robusti Comin conosciuto come il Tintoretto. Ho scelto proprio questo cocktail per l?utilizzo di un frutto particolare come il melograno e soprattutto per il duo colore rosso che ben si sposa con il Natale, anzi con molto probabilità sarà il mio cocktail del natale, l?aperitivo rosso per queste feste. BHP Billiton proposes takeover of Rio Tinto - this could be the start of mi
2007-11-08 21:48:00 Rio Tinto rebuffed a $US110 billion approach last night from top global miner BHP Billiton, spurning the initial overtures on a deal that would be the second-largest takeover of a listed company in history. A deal between the two Australian based firms would create the world's largest mining company by a wide margin, with a market capitalization that some analysts are estimating could exceed $US350 billion. The combined giant would command the market with vast amounts of iron ore, aluminum, copper and other metals. However, the takeover is highly unlikely according to a number of analysts due to regulatory and anti-trust issues this could create in various markets. However what this does signal is that even though metal prices are at record highs, BHP feels the best investment is taking over RIO (which itself is close to record highs). This got me to thinking that there are probably many more attractively priced companies locally that must now be eyed as serious takeover targets. ...
