He was absolutely fantastic and performed his duties to the highest standards. He was a friendly person and nobody has ever been turned down with a request. If you were mayor you do not have to worry about what to do and when to do it because Ken was always there. Mr. Isaacs worked for Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for nearly 40 years.
