"Obama Works" partners with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity

Obama Works is a national grassroots organization comprised of volunteers dedicated to implementing Senator Barack Obama's message of positive change through public service.This is what COMMUNITY ORGANIZING is all about!On September 13th, 2008, the Obama Works Twin Cities group partnered with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity to apply some elbow grease to two projects in Minneapolis. You see, I've been doing lots of research on the state, I've been re-watching Fargo, and I've been spinning Prince (the musician Prince, not myself) nonstop. I now practically have Minnesota blood pumping through my veins! I could have even more if I ever find out where all the hookers hang out?a cursory Google search on "Minneapolis hookers" turns up slim pickings. 2006-11-30 07:24:04 Home sales in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area tumbled for the second straight month in May, while median home-price growth continued to slow, according to three metro Twin Cities Realtor associations. Realtors reported 5,039 closed home sales last month, down 9.3 percent from 5,553 closed sales in May 2005.
