Travel to Vatican City
2007-09-29 14:16:00 As you all know that the Vatican City is famous for its magnificent St Peter’s Basilica. Near St Peter’s stands the Vatican Palace, the Pope’s residence. There are a lot of historical buildings to visit there. However, make sure you read a little bit about the history of Vatican City. You will enjoy more when you get there. You will know what is the story behind each places you visited there instead of just admiring the architecture of the buildings. The main church is amazingly huge. I was lucky that I can get a good picture of the light passes through the window. Just lucky to have a good timing.
Goin to Paris~
2007-06-05 05:04:00 Photo taken at the front entrance to the St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City - the smallest country in the world.. Squeezing 3 person into one room isn't a big deal at all, as long as your room mates are tidy and are organized.. The only problem is the internet availability and the small kitchen.. Wireless is available in Birkbeck, but it doesn't work all the time.. kitchen is just too small for a house living 13 persons.Anyway, this is just a wee post before i off to Paris tomorrow.. Bet that not much of you check blog too.. since the you won't be getting internet all the time like last time.. anyway, wishes all of you all have a nice holiday! A theme song of the day - Together by Ekin Cheng...

Obelisk @ Vatican City
2007-05-18 13:28:00 An Obelisk stood in front of the Saint Peter's Basilica in Vatican City... A Christmas tree was made beside the obelisk.. Nothing much, just that the Christmas tree actually blocked much view of the Dome itself.. FYI, Saint Peter's Basilica can be considered as the world's largest church which covers an area of 5.7 acres and able to hold 60,000 people! It's not gonna be bad day from today onwards.. coz gonna stop work for a day or two just to get some rest before starting off again! anyway, do enjoy the song while i m away to Hamilton Park afterwards, ciao~p/s: this song had been used as the farewell song for the leaving contestants for a few season in American Idol, but they changed it this year... anyway this is an Acoustic version of the song by the same singer, enjoy!
