Pho Han on Capstan Way, Richmond
2012-01-06 16:00:00 Pho Han was opened in the summer of 2011, i.e. it had opened for 6 months already. I had noticed of a new Vietnamese restaurant sign on my way to Costco Richmond via Garden City Road many times but I just cant see the restaurant. Apparently, Pho Han is located on Capstan, just around the corner of the strip mall where Manzo and Prata Man is. It is obscured from view if you travel along Garden City Road.

However, I'm not sure if Pho Lan has that dish or not. Anyone has suggestion of where can I this the dish? Anyway, when we arrived at Pho Lan's parking lot, it's full. So, we tried to park at the Richmond Center parking lot and walk over. Just becareful not to be caught doing that. Unfortunately, the parking lot is full too despite it's size. Vietnamese Movie: The Rebel

In respond, the colonialist employed units of Vietnamese agents to track and destroy these rebels. The film follows the journey of Le Van Cuong, a French cultured undercover elite.
