The poll of 660 likely voters, conducted May 17-26, shows Proposition 98 losing 33%-43%, with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.1%. Proposition 99 was favored by 48% and opposed by 30% with the same margin of error. If both initiatives pass, the one with the most votes will become law. (CLICK HERE for the full poll.)
