Scanline rendering vs Vray rendering
2008-03-14 09:30:00 I had been studying Vray rendering these few weeks. However back to the basic, it is how to light up a scene that is important. The basic knowledge of pencil sketching, the relationship of lights and the material's reflection behaviour matters alot to render a scene. So much I had learn this year to render a scene and so lucky I am to have learned basic pencil sketching in the university that allows me to understand better of rendering a scene.For basic rendering knowledge to be shared here:-1. Global illumination as a skylight to lighten the entire scene.2. Sun light as a key light casting shadow towards a building form to emphasize the shape while determining the sun direction.3. Ambient lights as general lights to be added to cast shadow caused by skylight and act as fill light.4. 2007-07-03 12:52:00 I was battling for the splotchiness rendered through Vray in 3dmax, through some facts finding and finally, I caught the bug~!! It is not the global illumination setting~! It is the Global Switches~!!! Yes, I am involved in the building design, cad documentation and 3d renderings, hoping to get more and more... 2007-01-27 06:27:00 早在2006年8月，Chaos Group发布了在3dsmax上运-的渲染引擎Vray 1.5，当然是增加了一些-的功能，修补了一点-前的bug，现在的软件年-年更新，功能越来越强-，是不是到以后是个-就可以画出非常逼真的-图来呢？我想大的趋势-这样的，只是不知道-个过程有多长。可是当-所有人都可以画出逼真-图出来的时候，画图-不值钱了，只有机器无-法模拟的，或者暂时无-模拟的东西才值钱了-由此可以推论，未来是-一个越来越注重设计的-代，因为只有设计师-远无法取代的, 这也就是我今后发展的-导思想吧。
