In a paper for US think tank the Jamestown Foundation, southeast Asian terror specialist Zachary Abuza said there was potential for foreigners to be targeted because one of the hit squads was in Jakarta. But the evidence uncovered in Yogyakarta points more towards assassinations of Christians around the archipelago's central island of Java as part of continuing sectarian violence.
