Tourists flock here to shop, eat, take a cruise, walk around and feel like they are on a summer vacation. On one such occasion we had lunch at the Black Pearl Waterside Patio & Bar. You cannot miss it. It is one of the prominent outside dining areas on the Bannister Wharf. We arrived there just after noon. There were plenty of tables available on this summer weekday.
