2007-01-31 22:14:01 Kit and I are still raging over how our wounded combat veterans were abused during the peace rally in Washington D.C. I have been so angry about this for so long, that I can’t even remember when my fury slipped into a very real desire to hurt the anti-war losers that embody such disrespect. I said to a friend of mine at lunch yesterday, who is also a female veteran, that if our country tumbled into civil war, I would have no qualms about eradicating such vermin. I don’t even consider them Americans. I am way past the point of “questioning their patriotism”. WAY past. I have a pre-considered response for if I ever see someone who insults or abuses our veterans or if I ever see someone defacing our flag. Let’s just say it would be unapologetically violent.
