I initiated the USD100 withdrawal transaction on 25th Jan 2008. My credit card statement shows two dates to complete this transactions, the first transaction date is 10th Feb 2008 and the second date is 12th Feb 2008 as the posting date. The statement also shows an amount of RM319.33 was credited to my credit card account, which I think is quite a good exchange rate. No other transaction fees was charged by the local bank. So the total fees charged was only USD5 by PayPal.
