It was the issue in the Wilyonaryo portion of the show when a number zero came out of the container instead of 2 for a two million peso prize. "...there was no cheating or attempt to cheat during the episode in question. There was an apparent "design flaw" of the paraphernalia i.e. wheels, used in the game show/contest...there was no attempt to hide the mistake. The prize of the winner was also already given."

But why should there be such a "design flaw" in the first place? Let's focus on the props used for the "Wilyonaryo" game segment. If a responsible person or game designer were to make a good design, then one of the top design criteria would be to ensure that the box would only accommodate a single number card at any given time.So what exactly was the design flaw that was corrected?1) Did they make provisions on the box for additional number slots? If so, why would they? Every box would have to be cleared of its contents and shuffled prior to every episode anyway, right?2) Was it an operational design flaw on their pre-game preparations?
