I don?t don?t how to read their hidden message, when the next tide is, or is the swell dropping, or is a big flood likely, or is it just dinner time. Or is there even a message there at all? After X-Men 3 hit theaters a few summers ago, reports about the future of the franchise included three distinct films: Wolverine, Magneto, and a young X-Men. As of this year, I believed the only active one was Wolverine, but alas I was wrong, as far as I can tell. An interview over at BlackBook with Gossip Girl writer Josh Schwartz recently revealed that he is indeed writing the screenplay for the young X-Men prequel. And if that news isn't enough, Schwartz takes it upon himself to actually diss the upcoming Incredible Hulk and misunderstand Transformers fans all in one. 2008-03-13 20:47:00 I was in a verbal month-to-month tenancy. I served verbal notice at the last week of February saying I'd be out by March 1. I give a false reason for fear that telling them the truth that I was uncomfortable living there due to their behavior would anger them and put myself and my belongings at risk. Note: I did not provide a 30-day written notice. Upon my move-out I provided a written assessment condition report that they refused to fill-out and sign (I lived in the same house as my landlords). We got into a lengthy agruement about who wronged who. Eventually, that same day I received an email stating they would send my full security deposit to my work address (both amount and address were stated in email).Now I'm worried that because I didn't provide written notice, they could withhold my deposit as back-payment or sue me for more rent. Should I send them a written notice now indicating that verbal notice was given on prior date?
