They flew in for the Georgia/Florida football game since I could not go home to Jacksonville to see it in person. For those of you that don't know, my Mom's side of the family which is rather large (two aunts, an uncle, both grandparents, and eight cousins) is from Atlanta, GA. I grew up in a Georgia Bulldogs family so Georgia/Florida weekend is always a big deal in my house. Until this year we had won the game only twice since I was 10 years old. That's two out of seventeen! Well this year we won the game and I spent the day with my family even though I was on tour in Arizona. It was perfect.So now on to touring. We are starting the run with Blue October through Texas. These are the biggest shows of the tour since Blue October is from Texas so we are looking forward to them. Don't get me wrong I love being outside on the beach in the sun as much as anyone but touring in 100 degree weather just gets to be a little much when its still that hot in October.
