The Lingam Tape: Ayoyo! He got other evidences la!
2007-12-15 07:00:00 He! He! He!I love it when Dato? Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that he has more evidences to implicate you-know-who in the continuing Lingam Tape saga. That would only mean one thing to you-know-who and the rest of his cahoots and cronies. More sleepless nights for them! :-) Courtesy of MalaysiaKini I wonder what Anwar Ibrahim meant by other evidences. Hmm?I do remember that one time ago PKR hinted the government to check you-know-who?s telephone records. As matter of fact, that hint was even published in MalaysiaKini on the 27th of September 2007!I?m just speculating but I think that is probably one of the other evidences mentioned by Anwar Ibrahim. :-)Related Post: The Lingam Tape: The Grand Finale! Johann, but you can call me JoJo (YoYo)!
2007-11-26 21:16:00 Yes, I have an unusual name. I don't think Mum or any of our friends have ever heard of a dog named Johann. So how did I come to have this wonderful name bestowed upon me?Mum loves classical music (if you hadn't guessed already). You see when she was young she played the flute, was pretty good at it too. And when she was to choose her profession in life, she chose playing the flute. We'll dream on little girl! To make any money in that line of show business, you have to either be a bad girl, a really gorgeous girl, or be incredibly lucky or know 'people'. At that time, Mum didn't have any of those things going for her - even though she is making me tell you she wasn't bad looking by any means. There you go Mum.Since she loved classical music, she decided when she adopted Wolfie, my kittie brother, that he was going to be named Wolfie (short for Wolfgang, of Mozart fame). Well, then she adopted Wiggy, my other kittie brother. And decided to keep the trend, naming Wiggy, Wiggy ...

Power-yoyo could power Third World mobiles.
2007-10-15 17:38:00 As we could learn from the example of Muhammad Yunus and the Grameen Bank, a micro credit can allow a poor villager in a Third World country to buy for example a mobile phone and start making money from setting up a telephone service for his neighbors. One of the problems with the phone proliferation in the Third World, though, is access to power to charge the ever hungry phones. There are some crank-powered or solar chargers, and here comes a new take. The power-yoyo from Potenco. The device is the same that is fitted in the OLPC "100 dollar laptop" (now USD 180:-, alas), but as a separate unit it could power mobile phones, LED lights and many other things. All for free, once the device is paid for. It works a bit like an oldstyle outboard motor or lawn mower; you pull the string to generate power. A minute of pulling should give 20 minutes of talk time on the mobile.

Blast from the past! Ayoyo! It is Lingam again!
2007-10-10 13:55:00 Heh! Heh!I haven?t done this special weekly segment of mine for quite some time now. Since I got some spare time at the moment, let me at it today.Do you know what had happened on the 8th of March 2001?Steven Gan of MalaysiaKini should know that day pretty well since the day was quite significant for him. It was the day when he released his very own Weapon of Mass Disclosure to the Malaysian public. To those in the know, that day is known as the day where Steven Gan or MalaysiaKini brought fresh alleged leads into the controversy surrounding the then Chief Justice Eusoff Chin's and VK Lingam?s unholy union in the form of a holiday trip that they went together over in New Zealand in 1994. What? Was that the same Lingam that we have in that Lingam Tape video saga?Yes, yes? Correct correct correct? It?s allegedly the one and the same person! :-)That event is popularly known amongst Malaysians as the Bowman Papers Expo...
Cableyoyo
2007-10-01 05:25:00 Have you ever noticed how all those small cords supplied with your electronic equipment come in six-foot lengths (1.8m)? Probably six times what you actually need for connecting your laptop to your favorite device! And the result; a massive messy knotted tangle. Sometimes even damage. Before and After Cableyoyo is shown above with a camera docking station. The six-foot cord is entirely wrapped inside the Cableyoyo which is then attached to the DC adapter with the adhesive spindle provided.Attached behind an iMac, the Cableyoyo below is taking up the slack in an iPod cord. When traveling, take the Cableyoyo with you and fit it into a thin pocket while leaving the spindle in place for your return.Cableyoyo can be attached to the side of a computer, behind a monitor, onto your hard drive etc... Almost any flat surface in fact.Source: BlueloungeThanks for viewing Gift Guide For Guys by Men-tor.
