My tips are to drink a lot of water, take fish oil and hydrate from the inside out. I also start running a humidifier night and day starting well... like yesterday. If you hands and lips are already dry may I suggest some more fun alternatives to keeping them soft than your mothers old standard Vasseline? This stuff is more like something you would feel guilty about, but the truth is, these are guilt free goodies....
