Lisa Alisa just came back from Japan and brings alarming news.There is a thriving independent fashion scene in Tokyo.This is rather much of a pisser, since New York has been entirely too safe and fragmented for anything interesting to develop lately. Hipsters in Williamsburg place entirely too much faith into t-shirts with a message and chucks.
