Three new t-shirts are out from 302, all in the typical 302 spirit. The new designs are: "Crescendo", "Perspective" and women's "Elevation". The later is one of my favorites not so much because of the design but because I really dig its quote: "let not the colors of your feathers determine your heights" Inspiring...

Dabigond Shop

From Bangkok, Thailand, comes this new shop called Dabigond (I wonder, what does it mean?). It only has a handful of designs that look promising and they're darn cheap too ($10!) I spotted two designs that cut it for me the "A Germ Family" and "Jump!!!". My only objection about this shop is the high shipping rates ($10 for international and $8.00 per each additional item), I guess I don't like to pay for shipping what I paid for the shirt...

First things first; Scribtee is Shirtcity's high end line based on a design contest. This week three new designs are out and, I believe, they worth a mention. Although I like them all, I personally prefer "Queen Aerosol" and "Watch Out For Your Own Desires". Fiftyseven-Thirtythree Clothes

I know this shop for a while now and I've been whiling to write about it but I didn't have the chance so far. 57thirtythree is based in Oakland and sells through Etsy. Although there's not a huge selection of designs, their clothes are quite interesting. I actually find these designs very dynamic, powerful, and of deep insight. According to their profile they "use images of people who were originals or broke through some pre-existing barrier or stereotype". They also print and spray with only solvent-free, water based paints and inks which are environmentally friendly. Yes, you'll probably find some of their t-shirts quite expensive but take under consideration that these pieces are one of a kind.Read a review of 57thirtythree by Karl at tcritic here.

Wow! I really enjoyed this site! YACKFOU is an amazing Berlin based t-shirt brand with a great aesthetic approach to t-shirts. Their designs are so sophisticated, so interesting, so different, so weird, so original... You almost don't want to spoil these shirts by wearing them! I also appreciated the fact that they are not afraid to put up there a lot of product images including some very detailed close ups. That shows that they truly take pride in their work. These amazing t-shirts are printed in low quantities and can be yours for 34.90 EUR each (plus shipping). I could once again go on bitching about the US currency but I know there's nothing I can do about it anyway. So, instead, I accept the fact that I have to pay more than $50 (or ~$40 if you go for the discounted ones) to acquire one of these pieces. Dammit!

Tons of New Shirts by SplitReason!

The last couple of weeks have been very creative for SplitReason team; at least five new designs have come out during that period and cover a whole range of subjects and styles. This time around, besides the typical geeky SplitReason stuff, I noticed some more..."Threadlessy" t-shirts such as "Equip Cookies" or "Good Shootin" that have been a pleasant surprise and I'm looking forward to seeing some more. On the other hand, in my list of favorite bloody t-shirts I would definitely add the "Ninja Victim" shirt with the print nicely placed right by the heart level! Before I wrap up this post let me make a special mention of the "Circles" t-shirt which is a great piece inspired by the crop circles mysteriously formed in all over the world. Oh man, I've been so busy these last couple of weeks it's getting so difficult to keep track of everything and updating the blog. Nevertheless I couldn't resist writing about Pyknic a brand I found through Beautiful/Decay . God, I totally love their style! Especially some punk, crazy, surreal designs like "Dead Men Tell No Tales" or "Pykasso" are my favorite. Visit B/D shop for newer (and more expensive) designs that you wont find in their site.

Strange Mons ter has definitely some strange designs. Dark, gothic, kick ass style is their thing and their new line couldn't be any different. Be prepared to see a lot of birds and skulls, nevertheless I personally found my self drawn towards a "Deer Squid" men's tee (I told you it was going to be strange) and a "Revolution" tee for women.

Concrete Hermit is currently hosting a show for artist Anthony Burrill at its London gallery which, judging by the photos I see, does just great. To accompany the show Concrete Hermit also produced two brand new shirts designed by the artist himself. The new designs, "A.B. Mouth" and "A.B. Arrow", are limited edition of 100 shirts each and come in a hand stenciled numbered box. I kind of liked the "A.B.
