Do you guys remember Tiffany Evans? The Star Search winner of February 2003, who on her fourth "Star Search" appearance, won the Grand Champion title in the junior singer division, becoming the only performer in "Star Search" history to receive five perfect scores on all of her appearances. If you don't recall that, maybe you remember her from Tyler Perry's Diary of a Mad Black Woman in 2005.Either way it goes, Tiffany is BACK and she shows no signs of stopping now. At only 14, she has one of the most powerful voices I have ever heard. She is currently signed to Columbia Records and is working on a self-titled album slated for a Summer 2007 release. Is this look a style triumph or a trip-up??? Personally, I think the blouse is gorgeous. But, the wife beater ruined the whole effect. I understand that sometimes celebrities really take the "less is more" idea into account, but this just screams "tacky" to me.
